Sugar Blossom Macarons offer a unique and fully bespoke range of options for your big day. We provide a taste experience that you and your guests will never forget. With a diverse range of over 50 flavours and colours to suit your scheme, the options of colour and decoration are endless. Flavour sampling is a must – they taste just as good as they look!
Our range is so diverse we would love for you to book in for a consultation as the next step to discuss all your requirements. We have everything from Wedding Favours (Fudge or Macarons), Macaronape’s (an open-top Macaron as a sweet treat option/alternative to Canape’s) which are also great on a dessert table too.
During our Consultations – We can discuss all the options available, answer any questions you may have, and work with you to get the right flavours, colours & designs.
Deposit – £75 deposit will secure your date – we only have 1 x showstopping tower available per weekend and dates are booking up fast! This will then be deducted off the final amount.
Macaron Towers
We have a selection of Macaron Towers available - Please find sizing options below.
Here you will find all the key information you need to begin the planning process of your tasty treats for your Wedding or Event.
Towers – 1 x 10 Tier Tower(Holds approx. 230), we also have 2 x 6 Tier Towers (Hold approx. 60 each) The 10 tier can either be as a 10, 7 or 4 tier and these tiers will be from the bottom upwards. You could also have the option of a cutting cake on top. The 6 tiers can be any number of tiers and any order from the top or bottom.
Designs/Colours – Entirely bespoke to you. You could share mood boards/inspiration photos and I will get as close a match as possible to be in keeping with your theme.
Flavours – over 50 flavours are available and happy to consider any specific requests
Cost – Macarons currently cost between £2.00-£2.50 each – other specific decoration can be tailored to your requests. These will be quoted on a case-by-case basis.
Delivery – I cover Aberdeen City & shire areas, but other locations will be considered.
Tower Hire – There is a small usage fee and a returnable deposit on each tower.
Set-up – Delivery and set-up is available.
Flowers –We have faux flowers for use on the towers and can colour match for occasions – price on request.
Storage – Macarons last for 5 days from collection.
We have so many options available to make your big day that bit more special - Thinking of you and your guests.
Favours – Macarons can be given as favours – again, a completely bespoke service – flavours/colours/packaging/display etc. Packaging options and costs will vary once the style has been agreed upon. Again, approximate cost is £2 - £2.50 per macaron.
Macaronapes – can be used any time during your big day. Other acrylic towers are available for display. Macaronapes can be served as a sweet, heavenly bite in place of savoury Canapes, as favours or served at any point during the day. We can also add pipettes of flavouring to give that extra wow factor! Don’t forget all products can be used as Thank You Gifts for Suppliers or for your Wedding or Hen Parties etc…
Liaising with your Venue – We will let them know allergens/arrange delivery/set up there directly if you prefer.
Allergens – Some of our flavours are Gluten Free. We can discuss options at the consultation but please be aware that due to working from a family Kitchen, we can’t be 100% allergen free.
Macaron Fillings – Either; 1. Ganache (Chocolate) | 2. Buttercream
Anniversaries – You can come back to us for a box as an Anniversary Gift – a tasty way to re-live and enjoy a bit of your Wedding Day all over again!
Other –
Fudge Favours: Available in a range of flavours; Biscoff, Biscoff & White Chocolate, White Chocolate, Dark Chocolate, Dark chocolate & Honeycomb, White Chocolate & Honeycomb etc..
Macaron Lollipops – Great for the children. Bear shaped, decorated, mini macs etc.
