

Our Journey
Hi, I'm Paula, The creator of Sugar Blossom Macarons. Initially founded in 2022 (inspired by my 2 daughters) selling cakes and sweet treats, I decided to make my first batch of Macarons. From then I was hooked. The "science" behind the technique instilled a passion in me to make the perfect Macaron. One month later I had a request for a Giant Macaron Cake and it was a huge success! Our Macarons received a mention in Society's "Talk Of The Town" and they could be found as a regular treat in a local award-winning Coffee Shop.
The demand for our Macarons grew quickly, so in 2024 we decided to rebrand to fully focus on our Macarons. Sugar Blossom Macarons was born.
Our Macarons are well known for being full of flavour, having generous amounts of filling and being beautifully decorated.
Each one is handcrafted with love and passion to give you that ultimate taste experience.
Now supplying our Giant Macaron Cakes, Cube Cakes as well as Towers - our range is not only unique but a delicious showstopper that will wow your guests.
